My size is sold out, will it be restocked?
I try to keep the best sellers available as much as I can, we are continuously bringing out new colours and styles while keeping up with the seasons.
Do you have a shop front?
No unfortunately we don't. Check our stockists page here for shop fronts.
Can I pick up my order?
Please send us an email if your local & require your items quickly.
Can I edit or change my order?
If it hasn't been sent we can of course just contact us as quickly as possible.
How will I know if the items will fit my child?
I completely understand that not all children are the same size, I try my best to add the size the model is wearing in images to help guide you and we have a size chart available with measurements. If your not sure please email me at email@example.com so I can help the best I can.
How quick do you send my order?
As quick as we can, I try to dispatch orders daily but please allow up to 2 days for us to get your order out and sometimes longer during peak seasons and new releases.
Who do you post with?
We use Australia Post for our shipping.
Can I track my items?
Yes, you will receive an email with your tracking shortly after your item has been dispatched.
Can I get a refund cause I don't like the item?
Yes, you will need to cover the shipping costs to return the item/s back to us. Send us an email for the process.
I've received the wrong item, how do you fix this?
Oh no so sorry, these things can happen, just send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will fix that up for you.
Can I add a gift note to my order?
Of course, just add it in the notes at the checkout.
My order is a gift, will you send a receipt?
We add a packing slip but it doesn't have the pricing on it. We can leave it out by your request in notes at checkout.
Where are your products made?
All our pieces are design here in Sydney, Australia and then handmade in China by a beautiful team.
